Aerial objects found in Hoshiarpur villages

Hoshiarpur, May 10 (UNI) Debris of unidentified aerial objects, reportedly shot down by the Indian air defence, was discovered in two villages of Hoshiarpur district on Saturday.

SP Mukesh Kumar said the wreckage of a suspected drone was recovered from fields in village Sikri, while a metallic object, suspected to be part of a missile, was found in village Sandhra on Saturday morning.

Acting promptly, the police informed the authorities of the Indian Air Force for further investigation

and disposal.

Tanda DSP Davinder Singh said the aerial objects were taken away by the armed forces for examination and disposal.

No damage to life or property has been reported.
