Octogenarian arrested for rape of minor girl

Bulandshahr (UP), Mar 23 (UNI) An 80-year-old man was arrested for sexually assaulting a four-year-old girl in Narsena of Bulandshahr district in Uttar Pradesh, a police officer said on Sunday.
Superintendent of Police (City) Shankar Prasad said that the girl suddenly went missing while playing on the roof on Saturday evening in a village in the Narsena police station area. "When the family was searching for the girl, a scream was heard from the house of an 80-year-old man named Sagar in the neighbourhood," they said.
He said that as soon as the victim's family reached the spot, they saw Sagar in an objectionable position with the girl. "The victim's mother told the police that her daughter had been raped," he said.
