Jammu BSF destroys terrorist launch pad in Pak's Sialkot

Jammu, May 10 (UNI) The troops of Border Security Force, Jammu Frontier have destroyed the launch pad of terrorists in Sialkot district of Pakistan.

The Jammu Frontier BSF spokesman here on Saturday said that on May 9, from about 9pm, Pakistan initiated unprovoked firing on BSF posts in the Jammu Sector.

"BSF responded in a commensurate manner, causing widespread damage to the posts and assets of the Pakistan Rangers along the International border," he said.

The spokesman said that the terrorist launch pad at Looni in district Sialkot, opposite Akhnoor area was completely destroyed by the BSF.

"Our resolve to protect India's sovereignty is unshaken," he stated.
