Punjab: Assembly Speaker Sandhwan expresses grief over demise of Pope Francis

Chandigarh, Apr 21 (UNI) Punjab Vidhan Sabha (VS) Speaker Kultar Singh Sandhwan, on Monday expressed
his deep sorrow over the passing of Pope Francis, the global spiritual leader of the Catholic community.
Remembering the late Pope as a beacon of peace and compassion, Speaker Sandhwan remarked that his life was entirely devoted to the service of humanity and God. He extended his heartfelt condolences to the followers of the Catholic faith worldwide and prayed to the Almighty to grant eternal peace to the departed soul.
