Agra (UP), Apr 19 (UNI) Samajwadi Party (SP) President Akhilesh Yadav on Saturday said that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) government is giving protection to the dominant and feudal people, who are attacking Dalits, backward, and minorities.
After meeting SP MP Ramji Lal Suman and his family members during his Agra visit, Akhilesh said, "These people know that whatever they do, the government will not take any action against them. The BJP government is trying to scare the PDA by attacking it. The attack on the house of MP Ramji Lal Suman in Agra has happened as a part of a well-planned strategy and conspiracy," he said.
He said, "The attack on Ramji Lal's house was not sudden but a conspiracy. His house was vandalised, naked swords were openly waved in Agra. Death threats were given. The government's funding is behind the Agra violence. The BJP government is not working according to the Constitution. There is no rule of law in Uttar Pradesh."
