J&K CM stress for a proactive approach in reaching out to people to redress grievances

Srinagar, Feb 21 (UNI) Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Friday stressed the need for a proactive approach in reaching out to people, ensuring initiatives and grievance redressal mechanisms are accessible to every citizen.
The Chief Minister said this while chairing a review meeting of the CM’s Public Services and Outreach Office, Raabita, in Srinagar to assess its functioning and strengthen its role in addressing public grievances effectively.
He stressed the need for a proactive approach in reaching out to people, ensuring that government initiatives and grievance redressal mechanisms are accessible to every citizen.
