ABPS condemns continued persecution, violence targeting Hindus in Bangladesh

Bengaluru, Mar 23 (UNI) The Akhil Bharatiya Pratinidhi Sabha (ABPS), in its session held here on Saturday raised alarm over the existential crisis faced by the Hindu community in Bangladesh.
The ABPS, in a strongly worded resolution, condemned the continued persecution, violence, and oppression targeting Hindus and other minority communities in the country.
The resolution expressed grave concern over the recent surge in attacks following the regime change in Bangladesh. Reports of desecration of temples and deities, vandalism of Durga puja pandals, barbaric killings, abduction and molestation of women, looting of properties, and forced conversions point to an orchestrated effort to marginalise and eliminate the Hindu presence.
