Vijayendra slams Karnataka ministers for targetting Mohandas Pai

Bengaluru, Feb 28 (UNI) Karnataka BJP President Vijayendra Yediyurappa on Friday criticised the STATE government ministers for their "tirade" against noted industrialist and former Infosys Chief Financial Officer TV Mohandas Pai, terming it a reflection of the Siddaramaiah government's "authoritarian" approach.
"The relentless tirade by Karnataka Congress ministers against the esteemed industrialist TV Mohandas Pai is a glaring testament to the authoritarian nature of this government, one that outrightly dismisses any viewpoint that challenges its actions or policies," Vijayendra said in a statement.
Highlighting Pai's consistent critical stance against various governments regardless of party affiliation, Vijayendra drew a comparison with the approach taken by former Chief Minister BS Yediyurappa during his tenure.
