109 students debarred for mass copying in AP, Telangana

Hyderabad, July 1 (UNI) Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Open University (BRAOU) , Controller of Examinations, has debarred around 109 students involved in mass copying till today in the fourth semester exams of the degree coursein the two Telugu states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
In a release, Dr.L.Vijaya Krishna Reddy, Registrar of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Open University said while the fourth semester exams of the degree are being held in the two Telugu states, about 36 thousand students are appearing for the exams.
As per the instructions of the University Vice Chancellor Prof. Ghanta Chakrapani, special inspection teams comprising university officials are inspecting 167 examination centres in all districts of both telugu states.
If anyone is found to be collecting money or engaging in irregularities at the examination centers, they should complain directly to the University Registrar, the VC added. UNI KNR SSP
