Brandon Holt creates history with Bengaluru Open triumph

Bengaluru, Mar 2 (UNI) American tennis player Brandon Holt clinched his second ATP Challenger singles title of the season with a commanding 6-3, 6-3 victory over Japan’s Shintaro Mochizuki in the final of the 2025 DafaNews Bengaluru Open here on Sunday.
With this win, the 26-year-old became the first American to claim the title in the tournament’s history.
Organised by the Karnataka State Lawn Tennis Association (KSLTA), the Bengaluru Open is an ATP Challenger 125 event and holds the distinction of being India’s premier international tennis tournament.

The tournament will take place from March 31 to April 6 at the KSLTA Stadium.
