Nagpur, Mar 9 (UNI) Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis said on Sunday that Maharashtra will achieve the goal of generating 52 percent of total energy generation in the state from non-conventional sources by the year 2030.
Speaking at laying of foundation stone of a 2 MW solar project at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Nagpur located in Mihan area, he said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has set the goal of energy transition for the country.
Through this, the work of energy generation from environment-friendly and natural sources is going on in the country, he informed.
