Maha: Minister inaugurates advanced robotics technology in Sangli

Sangli, Mar 16 (UNI) Maharashtra and District Guardian Minister, Chandrakant Patil, said on Sunday that artificial intelligence (AI) was a boon for humans, which will make life easier through advances in robotics technology.
Speaking after inaugurating an advanced robotics technology to inspect water supply and sewage pipelines (drainage pipelines) purchased by the Sangli-Miraj-Kupwad Municipal Corporation, he said that a machine based on robotics technology will be used to stop leaks in water pipes, remove garbage and sludge in sewage pipes.
He suggested that some amount be reserved during the guarantee period for maintenance and repair in future.
