Maha: Chhatrapati Sambhajinagarkar expresses gratitude to soldiers for thwarting Pak's attacks

Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, May 11 (UNI) A programme to express gratitude to the Indian armed forces for repelling the attacks by neighbouring Pakistan post Operation Sindoor was organised on initiative of Maharashtra and District Guardian Minister Sanjay Shirsat was held here on Sunday.
On this occasion, tributes were paid to the soldiers who died in the service of the country by offering Vir Chakra. At this time, the tricolour of India was flying high in the hands of the mothers, sisters and citizens present.
At this event, people of all castes, religions and leaders of all political parties came together to express their gratitude to the Indian soldiers. The entire area had become patriotic due to the songs presented to highlight their devotion for the country.
Also, dignitaries present on this occasion expressed their thoughts and thanked the Indian armed forces for making Operation Sindoor a success.
Besides Shirsat, MPs Sandipan Bhumre, Kalyan Kale, Bhagwat Karad, MLAs Pradeep Jaiswal, Prashant Bamb, former minister Rajendra Darda, Police Commissioner Praveen Pawar, Superintendent of Police Vinay Rathod, District Chief Rajendra Janjal, RSS' Devjibhai Patel among others were present.
