Mumbai, May 7 (UNI) Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis on Wednesday welcomed the move of India government and praised Indian Army for its Operation Sindoor.
In a post on social media platform X, Fadnavis wrote, ""Jai Hind, Bharat Mata Ki."
He said, "On intervening night of May 6-7, our forces avenged the death of 26 innocent people and destroyed nine terrorist hideouts in Pakistan through air strikes."
As a result, people are not tired of praising the Indian Army with slogans of 'Bharat Mata Ki Jai' reverberating across the country, he added.
Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar also wrote, "Jai Hind" while sharing the picture of Operation Sindoor,
Deputy CM Eknath Shinde also posted, 'Jai Hind', on X.
"Our citizens got justice today. The chest of all the countrymen has swelled with pride, we will not leave Pakistan," he said.
Shinde also thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi for launching Operation Sindoor.
