Jaipur, May 9 (UNI) The Rajasthan Pradesh Congress Committee held a Tiranga rally here on Friday to pay tribute to the valour and bravery of the Indian Army and boost the morale of the country's armed forces.
The rally, led by Leader of Opposition Tikaram Jully, began from the Congress office and culminated at Shahid Smarak. Jully paid tribute to the Indian Army's mission 'Sindoor' and the country's armed forces, saying that the operation showcased the army's high strategic capability, ground intelligence network, and moral duty.
He said the Indian Army's step to protect the country is a matter of pride for every Indian and that every Indian stands with the army. Jully added that India has always faced terrorism with strength and taught Pakistan, which harbours terrorists, a lesson.
The rally aimed to not only pay homage to the martyrs but also to boost the morale of the soldiers defending the country. Former minister Pratap Singh Khachariyawas and several Congress leaders and workers participated in the Tiranga rally, raising slogans like "Pakistan Murdabad" and "Indian Army Zindabad" during the event.
