Baran, May 14 (UNI) Throwing authorities into a tizzy, a threat email warning that Rajasthan's Baran district collectorate mini secretariat complex should be immediately vacated prompted the administration and the police to evacuate the premises on Wednesday afternoon.
However, nothing suspicious was found after a thorough search of the entire building with the dog quad and bomb detection squad, District Collector Rohitash Singh Tomar said.
Tomar stated that the threat email was received on his official email account before 2 pm, warning that the collectorate premises should be vacated.
After finding nothing suspicious during the search, the premises was reopened, and employees returned to work.
