Sagar Dhankar murder case: victim's family files SLP against bail to Olympian Sushil Kumar

New Delhi, Mar 27 (UNI) Counsel for the family of victim apprised the lower court on Monday that they are in process of filing an SLP (special leave petition) against the bail granted to co-accused Sushil Kumar on March four in the Sagar Dhankar murder case.
Applicant / accused Rahul Dhanda and Prince Dalal have moved an application under Section 483 of BNS for granting of regular bail.
An application for exemption from personal appearance has been filed from Inspector Mangesh Tyagi.
