SDC B2W organises IYD fete

Chennai, June 19 (UNI) The 11th International Yoga Day observed by United Nations was celebrated with great enthusiasm and fervor here on Thursday.
It was organized by Sustainable Development Council and Born to Win (SDC B2W) Research Foundation Trust. -Supported by Rotary District 3233.
The theme of this year's event was "Yoga for One Earth, One Health", according to a release.
The event aimed to spread awareness on good health and wellness through the ancient practice of yoga.
The event was graced by DIG Dinakaran, Indian Coast Guard Region East, and Srimathy Kesan, Founder & CEO of Space Kidz India.
Varsha Aswani, Founder of Born to Win Research Foundation Trust and SDC Women Wing, played
a pivotal role in organizing the event.
The event featured yoga sessions led by Mona Bafna, Soul & Body, and was supported by Rotary Clubs A pan-India yoga challenge was also conducted, aiming to promote yoga and wellness among people of all ages.
"Yoga is a powerful tool for achieving physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. We're proud to celebrate International Yoga Day and spread awareness about the benefits of yoga," said Varsha Aswani.
