New York, May 6 (UNI) Bollywood's King Khan Shah Rukh Khan stole the show as he debuted at the Met Gala with his signature pose and charismatic presence.
Dressed in an all-black ensemble curated by designer Sabyasachi Mukherjee, Shah Rukh Khan entered the prestigious fashion gala with a flying kiss, immediately becoming cynosure of the evening. His arrival added an unmistakable Bollywood flair to the global fashion stage, cementing his status as an international style icon.
Sabyasachi crafted a black floor-length coat in Tasmanian superfine wool adorned in monogrammed and Japanese horn buttons. The coat featured sharp lapels, perfectly layered over a crepe de chine silk shirt and impeccably tailored superfine wool trousers. A pleated satin cummerbund completed his special look.
To add to the charm, Shah Rukh layered the outfit with custom stacked ring and a golden cane featuring a Bengal tiger head, with precious stones tourmaline, sapphire, old mine cut and brilliant cut diamonds. The theme of the Met Gala exhibition this year is 'Superfine: Tailoring Black Style' and holds a special place for Indian fashion and cinema enthusiasts, as many Indian stars made their first appearance.
