Madurai (Tamil Nadu) Mar 3 (UNI) In a bizarre incident, a 17-year-old boy drove a JCB excavator and rammed several vehicles, including three auto rickshaws, motorcycles, a car, signboards, and a portion of a building in the Sellur area in Madurai city in the early hours of Monday.
