Stalin on Thursday dashed off a letter to External Affairs Minister (EAM) Dr. S. Jaishankar requesting him to take effective diplomatic measures to secure the immediate release of all the arrested fishermen and their boats from the Lankan authorities and convene the Joint Working Group (JWG) meeting to find a permanent diplomatic solution to the issue.
