Chennai, May 10 (UNI) Union Minister of Youth Affairs and Sports Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya visited the Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development (RGNIYD) at Sriperumbudur, about 40 km from here, on Friday.
