New Delhi, Apr 11 (UNI) Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi on Friday slammed Prime Minister Narendra Modi over the ''Employment Linked Incentive'' scheme, and asked whether it is "another jumla?" as the government has returned the Rs 10,000 crores allotted to it.
