Pune, Apr 10 (UNI) Day temperatures were markedly above normal (5.1°C or more) at many places over Rajasthan; at a few places over Punjab Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi, Himachal Pradesh and Saurashtra and Kutch; at isolated places over Jammu-Kashmir and Ladakh, Gilgit, Baltistan, Muzaffarabad; appreciably above normal (3.1°C to 5.0°C) at many places over west Madhya Pradesh; at few places over Gujarat region, east Madhya Pradesh, west Uttar Pradesh and
