New Delhi, Mar 12 (UNI) India and Sierra Leone held the Second round of Foreign Office Consultations (FOC) in New Delhi on Monday, during which they agreed to further deepen and diversify the bilateral ties in areas such as defence cooperation, energy development and development cooperation.
