Chennai, Apr 8 (UNI) Terming Tamil Nadu Governor R N Ravi''s action to withhold
assent to the Bills passed in the State Assembly as Constitutionally wrong, Senior
Congress leader and former Union Minister P Chidambaram hailed the Apex Court
verdict using its special powers and ordering that all the Bills were deemed to have
been assented by Mr Ravi.
