New Delhi, Apr 23 (UNI) Coming down strongly on Pakistan following the dastardly terror attack in Pahalgam in which 26 tourists were killed, India today announced it is holding in abeyance the Indus Waters Treaty, and shutting down the land border check post of Attari.
