Lucknow, Mar 4 (UNI) In a bid to empower Divyangjan and make them self-reliant the Uttar Pradesh government is carrying out a comprehensive rejuvenation of deaf and dumb schools across six districts before the new academic session, official sources said here on Tuesday.
