Telangana Assembly's budget session enters fourth day

Hyderabad, Mar 17 (UNI) The Telangana Legislative Assembly convened at 1000 hours on Monday for the fourth day of its budget session.

The session commenced with the Question Hour. Three key bills will come up in the Legislative Assembly today. Chief Minister Revanth Reddy will introduce the SC Classification Bill as per the agenda released by Assembly Secretary V. Narasimhacharya on Sunday night.

Later, BC Welfare Minister Ponnam Prabhakar will introduce a bill to provide reservations to SCs, STs, and BCs in the education and employment sectors and a bill to provide reservations specifically to BCs in local bodies.

Endowments Minister Konda Surekha will introduce another bill, proposing amendments to the Telangana Religious and Hindu Religious Institutions Bill.
