Telangana CM shares lunch with beneficiaries, tastes Govt-supplied fine rice

Bhadradri Kothagudem (Telangana), Apr 6 (UNI) Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy on Sunday visited Sarapaka village in Burgampadu Mandal of this district and had lunch at a beneficiary’s house, prepared using the fine rice supplied free of cost by the state government.
The Chief Minister shared the meal with the family and interacted with them about their welfare. He specifically spoke with a family member, Tulasamma, enquiring about the quality and usefulness of the ration being provided.
Tulasamma mentioned that initially, people were hesitant to take the rice when it was first distributed, but now the family is happy and finds the ration beneficial.
The Chief Minister also checked whether the family was availing of the 200 units of free electricity and the Rs 500 subsidised gas cylinder schemes. Tulasamma expressed satisfaction and shared that the free bus travel scheme has also been very helpful to them.
Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka, Ministers Tummala Nageswara Rao and Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy, Chief Secretary to the Government Shanthi Kumari, and other officials were present during the visit.
