Thunderstorm with lightning, gusty winds in Telangana on Mar 21-22: Met

Hyderabad, Mar 20 (UNI) Thunderstorm accompanied with lightning, gusty winds with speed ranging from (40-50 kmph) and hailstorm is likely to occur at isolated places in Adilabad, KomaramBheem Asifabad, Mancherial, Jagtial, Rajanna Sircilla, Karimnagar, Peddapalli, Jayashankar Bhupalpally districts of Telangana on Friday, Meteorological Centre said on Thursday.
In a daily weather report here, it said that the same situation is likely to prevail in KomaramBheem Asifabad, Mancherial, Jagtial, Rajanna Sircilla, Karimnagar, Peddapalli, Jayashankar Bhupalpally, Mulugu, Mahabubabad and Warangal districts of the state on Saturday.
Thunderstorm accompanied with lightning and gusty winds with speed ranging from 30-40 kmph is likely to occur at isolated places in Telangana during the next three days.
Light to moderate rain or thundershowers is likely to occur at isolated places in the state during the next four days.

Maximum temperatures are likely to decrease slightly in the state during the next 3 days, and thereafter rise gradually.
Dry weather is likely to prevail in Telangana from March 24 to 26.
The highest maximum temperature of 40.1 degrees celsius was recorded at Medak and Nizamabad in Telangana on Wednesday, the report added.
