Total 263 polling booths for Nilambur by-election in Kerala

Kozhikode, Apr 10 (UNI) There will be 263 polling booths, including 59 new booths, for the Nilambur Assembly by-election in Kerala.
Taking into account the convenience of voters, the Election Commission of India had directed States to limit the number of electors in each booth to 1200, a release said.
For booths with a higher number of voters, new permanent polling booths must now be set up, replacing the earlier practice of setting up auxiliary booths.
