'Tara & Akash: Love Beyond Realms' to stream on JioHotstar

Mumbai, Sep 17 (UNI) Indo-Swiss magical romance, "Tara And Akash: Love Beyond Realms", which has been screened at the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) and the International Film Festival of India (IFFI), Goa, is now streaming on JioHotstar.
Directed by Srinivas Abrol, the film presents a tale of love, self-discovery and destiny through romance and magical realism. The story revolves around Tara, who, inspired by her favourite romance book, travels alone to Switzerland. There, she meets Akash, a mysterious being from another world. The relationship that develops between the two unfolds into a quest for love beyond the boundaries of time and space.
The film was selected for the Viewing Room and Debut Director Co-Production programme at Film Bazaar 2023. The film was shot in Lauterbrunnen, Montreux, and Vevey in Switzerland and Shimla, India.
The film stars Alankrita Bora, Jitesh Thakur, Amol Palekar, Deepti Naval, and Brijendra Kala. Produced by Whispers from Eternity Films and co-produced by the National Film Development Corporation of India (NFDC), the film features cinematography by Atit Singh, with music by C. Sathya.
