"There will no longer be two laws in the country; there will be one constitution and one flag in one country": Yogi

Lucknow, Oct 31 (UNI) Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, while paying tribute to Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel on his birth anniversary on Saturday, extended the message of national unity, nationalism, and social harmony.
He said that Sardar Patel had worked to realize the vision of one constitution and one flag in the country. Today, union Home Minister Amit Shah is carrying forward that dream.
The Chief Minister said that there will no longer be two laws in India. There will be one constitution and one flag in one country. He said that Sardar Patel had dedicated his entire life to strengthening the unity and integrity of the country.
Yogi said that the biggest threat to national unity arises when society begins to divide on the basis of caste and region. Casteism and regionalism are diseases that weaken society's immunity.
He said that society must rise above these divisive tendencies and unite in the national interest.
Targeting the opposition, the Chief Minister said that those who idolize Jinnah cannot also idolize Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. Only those who have a sense of nationalism can be followers of the Iron Man.
He said that efforts being made to challenge national unity must be countered by all.
Yogi said that the true tribute to Sardar Patel would be for everyone to play their part in strengthening the nation's unity, integrity, and social harmony.
