83.51 pc candidates pass in class 12 science stream exam in Gujarat

Gandhinagar, May 5 (UNI) This year, 83.51 per cent students have passed the science stream examination of class 12th at the Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB).
State Education Minister Dr Kuberbhai Dindor, while announcing the results on Monday, said that out of a total of 100,575 candidates, 83,987 have passed.
He said that 831 candidates have passed in A1 grade and 8,083 in A2 grade. Boys (83.79 percent) have left girls behind (83.20 percent) in terms of pass percentage.
Dindor said that Morbi ranked highest with 92.91%, while Dahod had the lowest at 59.15%, indicating a slight increase in pass percentage this year compared to the previous year.
Class 12 General Stream Exam Results are now available on the board website and a special toll-free WhatsApp number has been issued for this information.
