Akhilesh not serious about social issues: Jaiveer Singh

Mainpuri (UP), May 31 (UNI) Tourism and Culture Minister of Uttar Pradesh Government, Jaiveer Singh on Saturday said that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has no plan to send Sindoor to every house.
Talking to reporters, he said that this wrong fact is being propagated in the media. "In the marriages being organised by the government, the Suhaag items being given in them already used to include Sindoor box, in the same Suhaag box will be given with the name Sindoor.
He said that the woman BJP leader whose obscene video is being said to be viral on social media, is not in the party, she has been expelled in 2022 itself. "Samajwadi Party (SP) president Akhilesh Yadav's statement on this episode makes it clear that he is not serious on social issues as well, his statement on this issue makes it clear his lightness," he said.
Singh said that the state government has a clear policy that strict action should be taken against land mafias. "Strict action will be taken against those who occupy the land of the poor and the weak. The Chief Minister has a clear policy that the officers should identify the land mafia and take strict action against them," he said.
He said that the government is working rapidly for the development of religious places in UP. "Work is going on for the development of ancient religious places in Mainpuri. Work is also being done on the expansion of the boundary of Mainpuri city and the establishment of a new housing development colony," he said.
