AP: CM expresses grief over death of seven children in 2 incidents

Vijayawada, May 18 (UNI) Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu expressed grief over the death of seven children in two separate incidents in the State on Sunday.

In a statement here on Sunday, the Chief Minister expressed his anguish over the death of seven kids in two different places. He said that three children belonging to one family, Gowthami, Shalini and Ashwan were drowned in a water pit in Chittoor district. The Chief Minister expressed grief over the incident and conveyed his sympathies to the bereaved families.

Chandrababu Naidu also expressed anguish over the death of four children in a stationary car at Dwarapudi village in Vizianagaram district. He said that he was shocked at the incident in which four kids including Uday, Charishma, Charulata and Manaswi died. The death of seven children all below 10 years of age caused him agony and grief. The Chief Minister assured of extending all needed support to the bereaved families.
