Arunachal minister reviews preparedness for SUMP PFR activities in Siang district

Itanagar, Sep 28 (UNI) Arunachal Pradesh Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Minister Ojing Tasing, who is also Chairman of the Empowered High-Level Committee on the Siang Upper Multipurpose Project (SUMP), on Monday chaired a review meeting at the Siang Deputy Commissioner's Conference Hall at Boleng to assess the latest developments and preparedness for the proposed Pre-Feasibility Report (PFR) activities related to the project.
The meeting undertook a detailed assessment of ground-level preparedness, security arrangements, logistical requirements and inter-agency coordination ahead of the proposed PFR-related activities.
"Joined by the Deputy Commissioner, Siang; Superintendent of Police, Siang; heads of departments (HODs); representatives of the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs); and other key stakeholders, we undertook a detailed assessment of ground-level preparedness, security arrangements, logistical requirements and inter-agency coordination," Tasing said in a social media post.
