Lucknow, May 24 (UNI) Samajwadi Party (SP) president Akhilesh Yadav on Saturday accused the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)-led UP government of being "anti-teacher, anti-employee, anti-youth and snatching away the rights of employees".
In a statement, Akhilesh said, "In the arrogance of power, the BJP government is insulting employees and teachers. It is hell-bent on selling everything by privatising the departments. It is threatening to dismiss employees and officers who are protesting in a democratic way."
He said, "The BJP government cannot give jobs to anyone, it wants to snatch away even those who already have jobs. It broadcast false news of 1.93 lakh teacher recruitment in basic education, later it was removed. The BJP has cheated lakhs of youth. This is a deceitful government, it has cheated every section. The government and the Chief Minister are constantly insulting employees and teachers."
The SP chief said that it seems that the entire government has become blind in the arrogance of power.
"The attitude of the BJP government and the CM towards teachers is extremely negative. In reality, the BJP is not related to anyone. The real face of the BJP, which made big promises during elections, is now in front of everyone," he said.
He said that the BJP is snatching away the rights of every section. "It can go to any extent to suppress the voice of employees, teachers, youth and farmers. Every section is suffering from this government. In the 2027 assembly elections, the entire state will unite and put an end to the arrogant rule of the BJP," he claimed.
