While reviewing the complaints received through NGSP (National Grievance Service Portal), PGRS (Public Grievance Redressal System), Social Media and other mediums related to the electoral roll, it was directed that the ERO should ensure timely and quality disposal of the complaints received through all the mediums from April 10 till now.
Instructions have been issued to remove all duplicate entries present in the voter list in time. There should be no duplicate entries in the draft voter list to be published in the upcoming SSR. All steps should be taken in time for this.
Meanwhile, people participated enthusiastically in the special campaign days being conducted in Uttar Pradesh to include the names of eligible citizens left out in the voter list. Women and youth were especially encouraged to register during the campaign.

He also directed all other District Election Officers to conduct upcoming campaigns effectively and register as many eligible citizens as possible as voters.
