Thiruvananthapuram, June 25 (UNI) Integration of Kerala’s online portal K-SWIFT with National Single Window System (NSWS) has significantly improved business approval processes through coordinated workflow between the central and state departments.

Set up by the state’s investment promotion agency Kerala State Industrial Development Corporation (KSIDC), as part of its initiatives to improve Ease of Doing Business (EoDB), K-SWIFT (Kerala Single Window Interface for Fast and Transparent Clearance) https://kswift.kerala.gov.in/index/ is a one-stop destination for securing all approvals from multiple departments in the state to start, operate and expand businesses.

NSWS is a centralized digital platform designed to guide investors in identifying and applying for necessary approvals across India.

The integration enables investors redirected from NSWS to seamlessly access K-SWIFT's post-login page for state-specific services, providing a unified and efficient clearance process.

NSWS features a "Know Your Approvals" (KYA) module, which includes guidance for 32 Central Departments. Through this, investors can identify the specific approvals required for their business activities in Kerala and are directed to K-SWIFT for obtaining these state-specific clearances.

The integration allows users to navigate between NSWS and K-SWIFT without multiple logins. This gives easy access to Common Application Form (CAF), facilitating the submission of a unified application for various departmental clearances. Investors can do real-time tracking of the status of applications across both platforms.

The integration simplifies processes to avoid complexity of obtaining multiple approvals, accelerate the approval process between central and state departments and enhance transparency by providing visibility to the status and requirements of applications.
