Goyal College students win gold and bronze medals in state-Level Rifle shooting championship

Pune, Oct 27 ( UNI) Two students of Shrimati Chandrakala Kishorilal Goyal Junior College, run by Khadki Education Society, have brought laurels to their institution by winning medals in the Maharashtra State-Level Rifle Shooting Championship for boys under-19 held in Nagpur.
Prathamesh Vinod Kadam, a first-year science student, won the gold medal in the competition, while Rishikesh Vinod Kadam secured the bronze medal.
Krishnakumar Goyal, president of Khadki Education Society, congratulated both students on their achievements.
Their achievements brought recognition to the college in the state-level sporting event.
The students received guidance from Professor Pravin Murkute and Anand Borade, a coach at Krida Prabodhini.
Their guidance and support helped the students prepare for the competition and demonstrate their shooting skills at the state level.
Their success reflects the college's participation in sporting activities and its students' performance in competitive events, said Goyal.
The achievements of Prathamesh and Rishikesh have brought pride to the college and the institution, he added. UNI SP CDS
