Hansgrohe India eyes double-digit growth in Hyderabad-Telangana

Hyderabad, Oct 24 (UNI) Premium German bathroom and sanitation fittings major Hansgrohe India is targeting double-digit sales growth in the Hyderabad-Telangana region over the next two years, backed by an expansion of its regional retail footprint and strategic partnerships with real estate developers, company officials said today.
Currenlty, the brand operates 17 retail stores across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana and plans to scale this up to 22 outlets by the next financial year to capture rising demand in South India’s luxury housing corridor, the company said in a release.
To strengthen its engagement with the region's real estate sector, the brand hosted an exclusive Developer Dialogue in Hyderabad, drawing more than 50 prominent real estate builders, architects, and industry stakeholders to deliberate on evolving homeowner trends and design-led developments.
The company's expansion plans coincide with a surge in Hyderabad's high-end property segment. According to recent market data, Hyderabad has emerged as South India’s leading destination for ultra-luxury residential units, clocking Rs ₹8,562 crore in transactions for properties priced at ₹10 crore and above during FY2026.
At the forum, the German brand showcased its latest product offerings, including the 'LavaPura Element S' smart shower toilet and the 'Avalegra AquaUnit' integrated washbasin and tap system, tailored for high-end residential spaces.
Speaking on the company's regional outlook, Hansgrohe India Managing Director Abdulkader Bengali noted that Hyderabad has become a pivotal growth market in India’s changing residential landscape.
"As we target double-digit growth in the Hyderabad-Telangana region over the next two years, engaging with the developer community is key to understanding shifting market expectations," Bengali added.
Vishal Gupta, Commercial Director (Sales & Marketing), Hansgrohe India, said the city's affluent buyers are increasingly demanding elevated living experiences, extending high-end design sensibilities directly into bathroom spaces.
Prominent real estate leaders participating in the conclave included Karteesh Reddy (GHR Lakshmi Urbanblocks Infra), Sekhar Reddy (EIPL), Aditya Ch. (Prosper Life Spaces), Kondaiah (Yula Constructions), Vishal Reddy (Newmark Urbanspaces), Vardhan Reddy (BSCPL Infrastructure Bollineni Bion), and Murali Krishna (Team4 Life Spaces), among others.
