Prayagraj, May 23 (UNI) The Allahabad High Court on Friday fixed July 4 as the next date of hearing in the Sri Krishna Janmabhoomi and Shahi Eidgah dispute case after hearing the arguments of both the parties.
Dinesh Falahari, who is contesting the case of Sri Krishna Janmabhoomi temple, said that a hearing was held in Allahabad HC to remove the illegal occupation of Sri Krishna Janmabhoomi by Mughal ruler Aurangzeb. After hearing both the parties, the single bench of Justice Ram Manohar Narayan Mishra has fixed July 4 as the next date of hearing.
Swami Dinesh Falahari said that there was a debate in the HC on the application given by the Hindu side to make Radha Rani a party, which was opposed by the advocate of the Hindu side from the other side as well. One side said that it is very important to make Radha Rani a party, but the other side said that if Radha Rani will be made a party, then someone will say that Lord Krishna's friend should be made a party.
He said that if a request was given by Advocate Reena N Singh to make Rukmaniji a party, then the matter will be prolonged in this way. "We want that this matter should not be prolonged, the decision should be taken as soon as possible," he said.
Counsel Mahendra Pratap Singh requested the court to declare the Eidgah Mosque as a disputed structure. In response, the Muslim side said that if it is done so, then they wouldn't be able to offer namaz there. On this the Hindu side said that namaz has been offered there since 1992. However, prior to 1992m Namaz was not offered there. UNI XC AB SSP
