Himachal CM inaugurates, lays foundation of developmental projects worth Rs 36 crore

Kangra, July 1 (UNI) Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Thakur Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu today inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of eight developmental projects worth Rs 36 crore for Nagrota-Bagwan Assembly Constituency of Jangra district.
The Chief Minister inaugurated the Fire Station building constructed for Rs 3.10 crore at Nagrota-Bagwan. Apart from this, he inaugurated the construction of Malan to Gujrehra-Pathiyar-Sakarhad road at a cost of Rs 4.80 crore, matting and tarring work of Kharat-Jandrah-Airla-Ropa-Kardiyana road at a cost of Rs 4.84 crore and a 33.40 metre bridge constructed for Rs 3.47 crore on Dharun Khad, which will connect Kaled to Karali Da Bagh village.
He also laid the foundation stone for construction of Rangehad-Sadu-Malmu to Nera road and bridge over Nera Khadda and various electrical infrastructure development works for Nagrota Bagwan area at a cost of Rs 10 crore.
Earlier, locals welcomed the Chief Minister on his arrival at Nagrota-Bagwan.
Ayush Minister Yadavindra Goma, Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation Chairman RS Bali, MLAs Sanjay Awasthi and Kamlesh Thakur and Himachal Pradesh Transport Corporation Vice Chairman Ajay Verma were also present on the occasion. UNI AR SSP
