Hyderabad, Oct 7 (UNI) Telangana's young, highly skilled and globally competitive talent pool is driving the growth of global technology and financial services companies in the State, IT and Industries Minister Duddilla Sridhar Babu said.
Addressing the 30th anniversary celebrations of D E Shaw India here on Tuesday, Sridhar Babu said the company's three-decade journey in Hyderabad demonstrated its continued confidence in the city and its talent.
He said D E Shaw, which established its first India office in Hyderabad in 1996 with around 20 employees, had grown to more than 2,000 employees across Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Gurugram.
