KTR calls Revanth Reddy ‘EMI Chief Minister’, says Congress & BJP are servants of Delhi

Hyderabad, Nov 4 (UNI) BRS Working President K T Rama Rao (KTR) on Wednesday launched a sharp attack on Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy and BJP leaders, alleging that both the Congress and the BJP were serving their leadership in Delhi rather than protecting Telangana's interests.
Describing Revanth Reddy as an "EMI Chief Minister", KTR criticised his frequent visits to Delhi, alleging that they were driven by his personal political interests.
Addressing a gathering at Telangana Bhavan, KTR alleged that Telangana leaders were being humiliated by their counterparts in Delhi and claimed that even the Chief Minister was being pushed around by Priyanka Gandhi's security personnel.
He asserted that the State would never get justice from parties controlled by Delhi and cautioned people against trusting either the Congress or the BJP.
Questioning the outcome of union Home Minister Amit Shah's recent visit to Telangana, KTR asked what major projects or educational institutions the Centre had sanctioned for the State.
He also criticised union Minister Bandi Sanjay and BJP State President N. Ramchander Rao over their conduct towards central leaders.
KTR further alleged that MLA Gandhi had joined Revanth Reddy's camp for personal benefits linked to land deals and commissions.
Earlier, Damodar Reddy, honorary president of the Congress party in Haider Nagar division, joined the BRS along with his followers at Telangana Bhavan. KTR welcomed them into the party by presenting them with pink scarves.
