Maha: 8-month-old girl goes missing from home in Nashik's Nandgaon

Nandgaon, Sep 19 (UNI) An eight-month-old girl has gone missing from her home in Babhulwadi area of Manyad Chowki in Nandgaon taluka of Nashik district, prompting police to launch a search for the infant.
According to the complaint lodged with police, the girl, identified as Tanu Machhindr More, went missing sometime between 8.30 pm on September 17 and midnight while she was at her residence.
The family has expressed suspicion that an unidentified person may have taken the child.Following the complaint, Nandgaon Police registered a missing-person case and launched a search operation.
Police teams are examining available evidence and gathering information from the surrounding area to trace the infant, officials said.
