Maha: Beed police arrest 2 in connection with Sarpanch Santosh Deshmukh murder case

Beed, Dec 10 (UNI) The Rural Police on Tuesday arrested two men in connection with alleged murder of Santosh Deshmukh, sarpanch of Massajog village in Kaij taluka of the district.
Deshmukh was kidnapped and murdered on Monday.
Following which, the villagers had staged a protest on the highway to press for their demand of arrest of the accused.

Maha govt announces subsidy of Rs 1 5 lakh to farmers for purchase of tractors
