Maha health department appeals to people not to panic about Covid

Mumbai, June 3 (UNI) The Maharashtra health department appealed to citizens not to panic about Covid, and take precautions.
Some patients are currently showing mild symptoms in the state and facilities for Covid testing and treatment have been made available through the Public Health Department, said the health department.
Currently, Influenza-like illness and SARI (Severe Acute Respiratory Infection) surveys are underway in the state for Covid.
In that survey, such patients are tested for Covid. Regular treatment is being given after the patients are found to be Covid positive, said the health department in a release.
